Stop tolerating your life by taking control of your mind, Ep 50
Tuesday Feb 11, 2020
Tuesday Feb 11, 2020
In this week's episode, we discuss how tolerating your current life, buffering away from what you really want in life, and how by taking control of your thoughts and mind you can take control of your life.
Tolerating the things in your life you want to change is not just an act of buffering - it's energy depleting and soul-sucking. The energy that it takes from your life when you convince yourself your current state of mind is okay, will leave you with so little energy that you won't have the gumption to get acting toward the life you desire.
When we quit the vice, quit the tolerating of the abuse to ourselves, we will find that, right off the bat, life will seem worse. It will seem really sucky - because you have been buffering, masking away the pain of your life with alcohol or drugs or food or whatever.
And that is okay. You have removed the mask that was blinding you to your real life, and with this new light being shown upon you - you will have to confront what you have been hiding from this entire time.
Listen now for the best action steps that will lead you to the life you have always known was meant for you.
