This is where I was
- always hungover
- sad, lonely, disconnected, depressed - name a negative emotion and I felt it.
- underachieving
- determination but no motivation
- no direction
- always 80% rarely the last 20%

- I broke my leg
- laid in bed and drank myself to blackout for three months
- body shut down
- my internal drive began to really get pissed off
- I hit 220 pounds
- my sister got sober - the catalyst for this journey!
