Thursday Mar 19, 2020
Thursday Mar 19, 2020
In this week's episode we talk about re-establishing and rebuilding our routines, regimens, and structure when they breakdown - very specifically, because many of us are without jobs and quarantined in our houses.
Addiction recovery meetings are cancelled, gyms are closed, entertainment options are all shuttered, stores are empty - unless it's the grocer and there it can be a MMA fight to get TP.
What do you do when the structure you have built your addiction recovery around begins to fall apart around you? If you don't already have secondary and tertiary options in place, and even those could be unavailable now - it is time to begin to figure this out.
