Healthy ways to process grief w/Sue Mandell, Ep #63
Tuesday Apr 28, 2020
Tuesday Apr 28, 2020
In this week's episode we dive into the processes for dealing with grief with master-coach Sue Mandell. We will converse on how grief anchors into our bodies, into our minds - and shows itself in our thoughts, feelings, action, and results.
The one thing we all have in common as humans is that we all have experienced suffering - even the most rich and elite know suffering, all be it, perhaps on a different level than those of us not considered wealthy and elite. I draw this comparison so we can all see one another on the same level and open our hearts to empathy and compassion toward everyone we come in contact.
Sue has over 30-years in sobriety and recovery and she brings that experience to us with love and an intense desire to share with you the things you has seen, experienced, and used on countless clients to help them move through grief, overcome the traumatic time capsules that lie in all of us - and to overcome them so we can live our best life and be our best selves.
Thank you so much for listening and being a part of this wonderfully supportive community. No longer are we living in the shadows!
