Ep #40 - In this week's episode we cover how integrity, humility, and gratitude have become the three pillars of my addiction recovery and how you can step into these wonderfully powerful states of being today and on into the new year and new decade.
My therapist has gently nudged me into the direction of running all of my actions through these three states so I can identify if my actions are congruent with my new found belief structure. I can not always say that they do, but I strive to be the best version of myself every day - so being able to recognize where my actions aren't lining up with the promises I have made to myself is extremely powerful.
Sit down with some paper and ask yourself where you have displayed a great version of integrity, humility, and gratitude this year and where you would like to do better next year and throughout the next decade.

I’m gonna be 15 years sober on the 5 March 2020. I came back from the depths of despair and survived. My mum and dad lived long enough to love me again for that I’m eternally grateful. Keep the faith.
