Ep #149 - Get your popcorn ready because this is a long one. Five years sober and counting and today I bring you a myriad of deliciousness from my brain.
From a brief history of who inspired and sparked me toward this movement of mine, and now ours, and then into why I have embrace NLP as my foundation and utilize it in every facet of my life, let alone my sobriety and recovery.
From personal responsibility, to CTFAR, to embracing the subtle nuances of our beautiful planet and the life I am creating on it - this goes long because this is a celebration of each and every breath as the blessing it is to inhale.
